Job summary

Elbit America is seeking a Program Manager for Program Management Excellence (PMX) to support bid, proposal, and planning phases across the organization. The role focuses on building robust Program Management Plans, PMBs, risk mitigation, and enterprise-tool training under the Director of Program Start Up Excellence.

The position requires deep experience in program management, cross-functional leadership, and proven ability to coach program teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master preferred.
• Engineering or manufacturing technical degree preferred.
• PMP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt highly desirable.
• Experience with program management across lifecycle phases.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams through proposal process for start-up excellence.
• Implement EVMS with enterprise-level training.
• Conduct risk identification workshops and risk management.
• Help analyze budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Audit projects for compliance with plans and company standards.
• Document and share best practices across programs.
• Provide coaching to program managers.
• Collaborate with other Elbit America organizations to identify solutions.
• Execute approved plans and drive program success.
• Support ESA program managers and staff.
