Job summary

Elbit America, Inc. seeks a Program Manager for Program Management Excellence (PMX) to provide hands-on support during bid, proposal, and planning phases. You will help build robust program plans, PMBs, risk plans, and provide on-demand training across teams.

Responsibilities include guiding proposal development, implementing EVMS, conducting risk workshops, and coaching PMs. You will collaborate with multiple internal groups to ensure compliant, efficient programs and sustainable best practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; PMP certification highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree required; field in engineering/manufacturing or equivalent.
• High School diploma required.
• Experience with EVMS, risk management, and program planning.
• 10+ years in functional roles; 8+ years in program management.
• Industry experience in defense or similar regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams through the proposal process for program start-up excellence.
• Implement EVMS through consistent EVM processes and enterprise training.
• Conduct risk identification workshops and support risk management implementation.
• Analyze financial data including budgets, risks, and resources.
• Audit projects for compliance with management plans and company standards; assist corrective actions.
• Identify and document best practices to improve PM processes at Elbit America.
• Share lessons learned and build relationships across programs and stakeholders.
• Ensure workable, sustainable best practices to enhance productivity.
• Provide coaching to Elbit America Program Managers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify common solutions and execute plans.
