Job summary

Elbit America, Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Program Manager III for the Program Management Excellence (PMX) team. You will support bid and planning phases, build robust program management plans, PMBs, risk plans, and provide on-demand enterprise training.

You will lead multi-project support, ensure adherence to processes, and coach program managers while collaborating across Elbit America to deliver solid proposals and execution plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; high school required.
• PMI PMP certification preferred.
• 10+ years of functional experience; 8+ years in program management; 15+ years in industry.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams through the proposal process for program start-up excellence.
• Implement EVMS and train staff in EVM processes.
• Conduct risk identification workshops and support Risk Management implementation.
• Analyze financial data, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Audit projects for compliance with plans and standards; develop corrective actions.
• Identify and document best practices to improve program management processes.
• Share lessons learned across programs and build stakeholder relationships.
• Coach Elbit America Program Managers; collaborate with internal organizations.
• Execute approved plans for ESA Program Managers and staff.
