Job summary

Cintas is seeking a PMO Program Manager to lead and deliver complex, multi-project programs that align with strategic objectives. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage ERP deployment initiatives, ensuring governance and stakeholder alignment.

The role emphasizes executive communication, program recovery when needed, and ongoing process improvements to raise organizational maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or a related field; equivalent experience.
• 10+ years leading large IT deployments with ERP focus.
• 5+ years recovering or turning around troubled or high-risk projects with executive communication.
• Quality improvement experience with ISO-9000, CMMI, or Six Sigma.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, contracts, performance, and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex, multi-project programs aligned with strategic objectives.
• Establish and enforce PM governance, methodologies, and standards.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to drive scope, schedule, and budget.
