Job summary

Cencora seeks an experienced Change Management/PMO leader to orchestrate multiple business projects from inception to governance. You will align stakeholders, refine templates, and drive delivery readiness across complex IT and business environments.

Responsibilities include defining objectives, gathering requirements, managing risk, and ensuring solutions meet regulatory and operational standards while delivering on schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Master's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in change management, process improvement, project management, or a related field required.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile methods like CSM/SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, CAPM) or equivalent preferred.
• Change management within business and IT operations, including policy, standard, and governance design.
• SDLC concepts and how changes move through build, test, and release.
• Testing concepts and use of test tools, including evidence capture.
• Regulatory compliance testing concepts as applied to IT changes and controls.
• Desktop services and endpoint support concepts relevant to operational changes.
• Develop and maintain change management policies, standards, and procedural artifacts.
• Evaluate change requests for risk and impact, identify dependencies, and recommend control steps.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with technical and business stakeholders.
• Resolve process and tooling issues using structured problem-solving and conceptual thinking.
• Organize work with strong attention to detail and manage multiple changes concurrently.
• Prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines in a production operations environment.
• Balance speed-to-deliver with compliance and control requirements.
• Work effectively across IT and business teams to drive standard, repeatable change outcomes.
• Build and maintain a product roadmap, driving objectives for desired outcomes
• Apply knowledge of health system operations and supply chain processes to inform requirements

Responsibilities

• Leads multiple business projects and related activities to deliver defined outcomes within established standards.
• Develops and applies project management methods and reporting that improve execution across concurrent initiatives.
• Integrates workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholder decisions to maintain delivery readiness and issue resolution.
• Aligns internal and external resources to complete deliverables on schedule and in line with governance expectations.
• Translates business needs into actionable requirements and ensures backlog reflects priorities.
• Guides solution decisions by evaluating process and system impacts and partnering with delivery teams.
