Job summary

Pearle Vision, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Director of Strategy and Project Management to lead cross-functional initiatives within the US retail optics network. This role drives strategic programs, builds executive presentations, and influences forecasting and investment decisions.

You will design growth frameworks, manage complex projects, and partner with Marketing, Finance, and Center of Excellence Eyecare teams to improve guest experience and store performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years in Project management, Analytics or Strategy in consulting, medical field or retail.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with ability to build strategic frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience leading multiple cross-functional projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning, execution and delivery of high-impact projects within Strategy.
• Manages timelines, budgets and deliverables for outcomes.
• Collaborates with Marketing, Finance, Franchise and Eyecare teams.
• Creates annual PV strategy and executive updates for initiatives.
• Builds financial models to evaluate ROI and resource needs.
• Develops analyses on exam KPIs and profitability across doctor set-ups.
