Job summary

EssilorLuxottica’s Pearle Vision is seeking a Licensed Assistant Manager to drive profitable store sales and deliver exceptional customer service. The role focuses on coaching retail staff, overseeing staff performance, and maintaining brand standards across merchandising and promotions.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to direct business opportunities, recruit and train associates, and ensure patient care quality and satisfaction through strong leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or comparable experience (2+ years as Optical Associate)
• Proper licensure
• Proven track record of sales growth through sales skills and accountability for sales results
• Proven experience in retail or customer service
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop outstanding staff
• Ability to present decisive, creative solutions to grow the business
• Strong communication to meet customer expectations and foster relations
• Merchandising and planogram execution knowledge

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable store sales by fostering a retail selling culture and NECE.
• Attain plan sales goals, comp store growth, and store targets.
• Oversee staff to increase transactions and customer satisfaction.
• Coach, develop, and retain associates; manage training timelines.
• Maintain store standards, signage, cleanliness, and visual appearance.
• Develop relationships with Doctors and manage patient care quality.
