Pearle Vision, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a senior Franchise & Brand Leader to partner with Eyecare Centers and Franchise Owners. You will drive brand standards, compliance, and patient experience while guiding sales and profitability through operational execution and coaching.

Responsibilities include leading store lifecycle support, budgeting and performance reviews, and cross-functional execution with Marketing, Optical Support, and Frame Account Reps.

• Knowledge of retail operations and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead Franchise & Brand initiatives to drive sales and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with Franchise Agreement and Brand standards.
• Oversee store openings, transitions, and lifecycle management.
• Conduct quarterly regional reviews and provide performance insights.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Optical Support and Frame Reps.
