Job summary

Pearle Vision, part of Luxottica, is seeking a Brand Eye Care Director to grow exam volume and drive patient experience across locations. You will lead OD recruitment, support the patient journey, and collaborate with regional leaders to boost overall performance.

You will ensure onboarding, maintain regulatory compliance, and align with brand initiatives while traveling up to 75% to support stores and doctors nationwide.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, health care or related field.
• 10+ years of multi-unit responsibility for physician or optometric practice management or related experience.
• Key competencies: Business Acumen, Networking & Attracting Top Talent, Strategic Thinking, Critical Thinking and Engagement.

Responsibilities

• Increase exam count, patient retention and OD NPS by coaching OD teams.
• Partner with Zone/Territory Leader to engage Regional and Store Managers.
• Coordinate with EC Recruiting to ensure coverage with sublease doctors and avoid dark days.
• Manage day-to-day utilization to maximize patient access.
• Ensure onboarding activities are completed for all teams.
• Align with ZVPs/TVPs and develop action plans to close performance gaps.
• Support, deploy & execute brand and eye care initiatives with zero variance in patient experience.
• Collaborate with Eye Care COE, Marketing, Fleet, Legal, Finance on key issues and opportunities.
• Keep knowledge of state regulatory requirements for optometric practice and coordinate with Luxottica Retail legal/regulatory teams.
• Ensure stores/doctors are compliant with HIPAA, PIPEDA and other privacy policies.
• Track lease renewals and complete related forms/documents timely.
• Oversee credentialing for EyeMed, Medicare and managed care.
• Encourage sublease doctors to participate in MVC plans.
