Job summary

EssilorLuxottica’s Pearle Vision seeks a Brand Eye Care Director to drive growth by increasing eye exams and ensuring access to care through strategic sublease doctor placement. You will lead the delivery of a premier eye care experience and collaborate with OD Recruiting and field teams to meet patient demand in multiple locations.

The role requires extensive travel (75%), strong leadership, and experience managing multi‑unit eye care operations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, health care or related field.
• 10+ years of multi‑unit responsibility for physician or optometric practice management, franchising, subleasing/contracting responsibility for optical company, ophthalmology group or similar experience.
• 75% travel.

Responsibilities

• Increase exam count, patient retention and OD NPS by coaching and influencing OD teams.
• Partner with Zone/Territory Leader to engage Regional and Store Managers to impact exams, retention and OD NPS.
• Coordinate with OD Recruiting to ensure coverage and avoid dark days for patient needs.
• Ensure appropriate day-to-day utilization to meet patient demand.
• Oversee onboarding activities for teams and OD partners.
• Align with ZVPs/TVPs and develop action plans to improve OD performance.
• Support brand and eye care initiatives with consistent execution for patients.
