Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA, a division of a global food retailer, is seeking a Project Management Business Analyst to design and refine governance templates and processes for consistent delivery. The role requires expertise in waterfall, SAFe and Scrum, with coaching to project managers and technical leaders.

Hybrid work applies with three in-person days at core locations (Salisbury, NC or Quincy, MA) and two remote days. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience as a member of an Enterprise PMO.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Clarity, PowerBI, SharePoint and Atlassian Tools.
• General understanding of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile Scrum, SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain templates for key project management artifacts.
• Create and maintain SOPs for project management processes.
• Review and audit project deliverables across the portfolio for adherence to standards and minimum quality levels.
• Participate in solution reviews, testing support, and requirement validation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve solution usability.
