Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Project Management Business Analyst to design and optimize project management processes and templates. The role supports consistent delivery across initiatives, leveraging waterfall and Agile SAFe practices, and coaching PMs on best-practice templates and governance.

The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with 3 in-person days at core locations in Salisbury, NC, and Quincy, MA, plus 2 remote days; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience as a member of an Enterprise PMO.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Clarity, Power BI, SharePoint and Atlassian Tools.
• General understanding of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile scrum, SAFe.

Overview

The Project Management Business Analyst creates project management processes and templates to support consistent project delivery. This requires an understanding of standard project management processes such as a waterfall, stage gate process as well as Agile methodologies such as SAFe and Scrum. The PM BA will be an advocate for project management best practices and be able to coach project managers and technical leaders on the value of processes and templates. The Project Management BA will continuously refine and evolve processes and templates based on feedback from the organization and observations on what drives effective and predictable delivery. The ideal candidate will have 5 - 7 years of project management experience executing projects as well as experience as part of a Project Management Office, creating centralized processes.

Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days.

Our core office locations are Salisbury, NC and Quincy, MA.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $92,640 - $138,960

IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $106,480- $159,720
