Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Project Management Business Analyst in Quincy, MA to create and refine project management templates and SOPs, and to champion best practices across the portfolio.

The role supports waterfall, stage gate and SAFe/Scrum, audits deliverables, and collaborates with project managers and leaders to drive predictable delivery. Hybrid schedule includes 3 in-person days and 2 remote days; authorization to work in the United States required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience as a member of an Enterprise PMO.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Clarity, PowerBI, SharePoint and Atlassian Tools.
• General understanding of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile scrum, SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain templates for key project management artifacts.
• Create and maintain SOP's for project management processes.
• Review and audit project deliverables across the portfolio for adherence to standards and minimum quality levels.
• Participate in solution reviews, testing support, and requirement validation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve solution usability.
