Job summary

Okta is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive vision and execution for a key product area in Auth0 Identity Security, focusing on Agentic Security. You will shape strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and guide runtime security initiatives for AI agents, including threat detection and classification.

The role requires hands-on PM experience in agentic security, deep understanding of MCP servers, and strong collaboration with security and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• AI Agent experience with MCP servers exposing context, tools, and resources to agents.
• Experience with OWASP Top 10 for Agentic AI and remediation of prompt injections, anomalies, and rogue agents.
• Product Management experience: 5–8 years in startup or high-growth environments.
• Undergraduate and/or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• General security/identity security knowledge (IAM/CIAM) and related compliance concepts (GDPR, SOC 2).
• Excellent communication and collaboration across orgs.
• Delivery of enterprise software across the product lifecycle.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity about business and technical aspects.
• Deep Agile development experience with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion a data-driven product strategy and roadmap across cross-functional teams.
• Lead customer research to identify opportunities and optimize the end-to-end journey.
• Collaborate with Design to improve UI/API usability for technical/business audiences.
• Maintain daily collaboration with engineering; write user stories and plan sprints.
• Analyze adoption metrics and drive product iteration based on learnings.
• Partner with Marketing to drive trials, PLG motions, and retention.
