Job summary

Tech Pundits Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager in the United States (Alaska) to drive projects from inception to delivery. The role focuses on enforcing intake processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of PM experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office, JIRA, Jira Product Discovery, and Confluence. Knowledge of SDLC and vendor coordination is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager (Must-have).
• 3+ years of project management and SDLC experience (Must-have).
• Preferred to have P&C background.
• Scaling and implementing project management best practices and processes at a corporate level (Preferred).
• Experience managing projects from inception to delivery (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Enforce new project intake process to maximize resources and ensure new ideas align with strategic goals.
• Plan, Execute, Monitor, and Report on managed projects.
• Lead/Facilitate meetings with business and IS stakeholders on progress of milestones or risks.
• Resolve conflicts and navigate cross-department priorities.
• Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Assist in reporting to C-Suite.
• Coordinate with Program Manager to monitor and guide internal and vendor resources to meet deliverables and deadlines within budget.
• Build positive relationships with peers, leaders, and internal customers to meet expectations and deadlines.
