Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Project Management to join the Enterprise Services Management and Risk teams. You will translate strategy into executable plans, establish milestones and operating rhythms, and provide leaders with visibility into progress and dependencies.

You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to manage commitments, drive governance, and deliver concise executive communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• 4+ years in Project/Program/Process Management, Business Operations, Strategy or related.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional projects or initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into actionable plans, milestones, and operating rhythms.
• Coordinate enterprise and regulatory reporting with clear accountability.
• Develop concise, decision-oriented updates for senior leaders.
• Serve as strategic partner to leaders and cross-functional teams to anticipate needs and craft solutions.
• Build relationships across Enterprise Services Management, Risk and partner orgs.
• Develop clear internal communications to connect associates to priorities and progress.
• Help establish practices and forums that foster a connected, high-performing culture.
• Evaluate how work gets done and design processes/tools to improve effectiveness.
