Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management to lead strategic, high-priority initiatives within Network Risk Operations. You will partner with senior leaders to shape programs that drive efficiency and risk-informed decisions across the Global Payment Network.

You will manage complex projects from initiation to delivery, develop action-driven plans, and communicate outcomes with clarity to executive stakeholders across multiple locations including Chicago, McLean, and New York.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
• 6+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• 4+ years of qualitative analysis experience.
• 4+ years of cross-functional collaboration & stakeholder communications.
• 4+ years of driving problem resolution & cross-organizational decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Leading high-priority special projects that provide strategic support to the Head of Network Risk Operations and the senior leadership team.
• Identifying and analyzing unstructured business challenges, leveraging and translating data into compelling stories to drive action and creating decision-ready recommendations for leadership.
• Facilitating and managing strategic planning routines and leadership operating rhythms to set and deliver on a high-impact agenda.
• Partnering cross-functionally with leadership and stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership.
• Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
