Renesas Electronics Corp. in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product development process from concept through volume ramp, ensuring on-time delivery and removal of obstacles across engineering, product management, operations, quality, and sales.

This role leads cross-functional execution, builds customer relationships with hyperscalers, develops business cases, and contributes to the AI-focused power delivery business with high-growth opportunities.

Qualifications

10+ years in power semiconductor product marketing, management, or business development.
Experience launching and managing products in hyperscale data center or computing markets.
Strong understanding of NPI processes, supply chain, and volume ramp execution.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Own and execute product development from concept through requirements and production ramp.
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, sales, and finance.
Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and lifecycle plans for high-volume production.
Engage with hyperscaler customers to align roadmaps and architectures.
