Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 8 years of related experience in semiconductor industry; consulting experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Analysis and Reporting: analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and performance metrics to inform decisions.
• Project Management: plan, execute, and monitor strategic projects with alignment to business goals.
• Decision Support: provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Communication and Collaboration: facilitate cross-functional alignment and clearly communicate priorities across the Power Product Group.
• Operational Support: aid in developing processes and initiatives to improve efficiency and support objectives.
• Documentation and Presentations: prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
