Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a Product Manager to own the product development process from NPI through volume ramp, coordinating across engineering, operations, quality, and sales to hit milestones and resolve obstacles.

You will drive end-to-end program execution, manage cross-functional governance, and align customer commitments with internal timelines in a fast-paced, supply-constrained environment. A senior PM with semiconductor experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or operations within semiconductors.
• Strong understanding of NPI processes, supply chain operations, and volume ramp execution.
• Experience managing complex, high-visibility customer programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, organization, and executive presentation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to create structured execution dashboards.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Program Execution: Own successful execution of assigned customer programs.
• Volume Ramp & Supply Coordination: Understand forecasts and coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing.
• Engineering Samples & NPI Management: Track ship dates, lead times, and build status.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Governance: Coordinate across Product Line, Design Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Sales.
