Renesas Electronics is seeking a Product Manager to own the product development process from NPI through volume ramp, driving accountability and on-time delivery across engineering, product management, operations, quality, and sales.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage customer commitments, and develop execution dashboards to ensure readiness and scalable execution in a dynamic semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or operations within semiconductors.
• Strong understanding of NPI processes, supply chain operations, and volume ramp execution.
• Experience managing complex, high-visibility customer programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, organization, and executive presentation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to create structured execution dashboards.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Program Execution: Own the successful execution of assigned customer programs.
• Volume Ramp & Supply Coordination: Understand forecast and coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, and capacity planning.
• Engineering Samples & NPI Management: Track ship dates, lead times, and build status; govern through NPI gates.
• Cross-functional Leadership & Governance: Act as a single point of program coordination across multiple functions; establish dashboards and KPIs.
