Infosys is seeking a Package Project Lead 2 in the U.S. for multi-disciplinary ERP projects. You will define objectives, coordinate sprint planning, and manage relationships with client stakeholders to drive delivery excellence.

You will oversee risk, RAID governance, budgets, and resource allocation, while guiding team performance and professional growth in a dynamic engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Relocation/travel to work/project location may be required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
