Job summary

Infosys is recruiting for a Package Consultant 3 role in the US, focused on ERP/PLM migrations and complex data migration programs using Siemens Teamcenter. You will define migration strategies, govern repeatable approaches, and collaborate with architects and stakeholders to ensure seamless post-migration digital thread continuity.

The role requires deep PLM data migration expertise, strong integration design skills, and a track record of delivering scalable solutions in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Define end-to-end PLM data migration architecture for enterprise transformations, with Siemens Teamcenter as the target platform.
• Experience in PLM implementations with data migration focus, leading large-scale migrations (e.g., Agile -> Teamcenter).
• Translate business, engineering, and IT data requirements into migration strategies and transformation rules.
• Design and govern scalable migration approaches (migration factories, rule-driven transformations, automation).
• Define and enforce data quality, reconciliation, and validation strategies, including dry runs and cutover planning.
• Collaborate with solution architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure continuity of the digital thread post migration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts.
• Design and implement advanced customizations based on ERP platform capabilities and collaborate with development teams.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect ERP with external apps and lead data migrations.
• Implement performance optimization strategies focusing on scalability, reliability, and user experience, and lead security/compliance initiatives.
• Create detailed documentation and conduct training workshops for users to ensure knowledge transfer.
