Infosys Limited is seeking a Package Project Lead 2 in Raleigh, NC to drive large-scale PLM and ERP programs from initiation through deployment. You will craft roadmaps, manage budgets and resourcing, and align IT initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• The position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

• Experience leading large-scale PLM, engineering, and enterprise application programs from initiation through deployment and stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope aligned with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery with stakeholders.
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while maintaining client relationships.
• Evaluate deliverables and drive adoption of new methodologies and tools to improve execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks with QA teams to embed quality planning into workflows.
