Qualifications

• Develops and maintains relationships with existing customers to generate incremental gaming revenues.
• Greet guests in the casino and participate in social events and promotions.
• Telemarket to active and inactive guests to build brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships and markets for gaming product and amenities to guests.
• Track guest visits and arrange accommodations and comps per guidelines.
• Respond to customer service issues in a courteous manner.
• Provide special services including food, beverage, transportation, and events.
