Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is seeking a Supervisor for the Players Club to lead leads and representatives, recruit customers, and maintain accurate client data. You will direct staff, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with state, gaming and tribal laws.

The role requires 1-3 years in casino marketing or customer service supervision, strong Excel/Access/Word skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. A college degree is preferred but not required.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years casino marketing or slot host experience, or 1-3 years customer service supervisory experience.
• Ability to deliver a service level that makes guests want to return.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong knowledge of CMP and GHS systems; proficient in Excel, Access and Word.

Mansioni

• Oversee Player's Club leads and representatives; solicit and identify new gaming customers.
• Maintain customer data with high standards of data entry.
• Interview, hire, train employees; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance.
• Manage staff schedule to optimize service levels; ensure deadlines and compliance.
• Manage Player’s Club promotions and redemptions; gift days and free play offers.
• Prepare and maintain Player’s Club reports; issue comps and prize redemptions per guidelines.
• Collaborate with Player Development, slot, table games and guest services.
• Assist in training and equipment ordering; maintain confidentiality.
