Job summary

Recaro Aircraft Seating Americas, Inc. is seeking a procurement professional responsible for sourcing plastic (thermoforming and injection mold) and composite materials, components, and services.

The role includes strategy execution, supplier management, contract negotiations, and cost control across the supply chain. The candidate will manage POs, master data, and supplier performance, while coordinating with Engineering to ensure alignment with RECARO standards and BOMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years in procurement or 7+ years without degree.
• Experience in thermoforming, injection mold, and/or composite procurement is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within US and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Place and manage purchase orders per contracts and schedules.
• Maintain contracts and source rules in ERP; manage lead times and costs.
• Coordinate engineering changes; analyze inventory and cost impacts.
