Zusammenfassung

Clarios is seeking a Plant Buyer to serve as the primary procurement partner for designated manufacturing plants. You will translate plant priorities into procurement solutions that improve cost, supplier performance, and supply continuity.

You will build relationships with plant leadership, analyze spend, and lead negotiations while coordinating with Legal on supplier agreements. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement across multiple sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field required.
• Experience in procurement, sourcing, manufacturing, supply chain, or plant operations required.
• Lean techniques and facilitation (A3, VSM, Kaizen).
• Strong negotiation, analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Strong Excel skills and Power BI and RFQ tools.
