Clarios, LLC is seeking a Plant Buyer to serve as the primary Procurement partner for designated manufacturing plants. You will translate plant priorities into Procurement solutions, driving cost improvements, supplier performance, and supply continuity while collaborating with Plant Leadership, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Finance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field required.
• Experience in Procurement, sourcing, manufacturing, supply chain, or plant operations.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, commercial, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills; RFQ tools experience preferred.

• Serve as the primary Procurement partner for assigned manufacturing plants.
• Translate plant priorities and supplier needs into Procurement solutions to improve cost and continuity of supply.
• Build relationships with Plant Leadership, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Finance.
• Identify savings, cost avoidance, benchmarking, consolidation, and sourcing opportunities.
