You will own strategy and execution, shape marketing strategies, manage portfolio composition, and drive go‑to‑market plans from concept to revenue. You will lead cross‑functional work with Marketing, Commercial, Regulatory, and partners, conduct market intelligence, build business cases, and develop multi‑year portfolio strategies with a focus on growth,

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in agricultural inputs (fertility, biologicals, crop protection, or seed) in commercial roles.
• At least 3 years owning a product line, portfolio, or P&L with revenue accountability.
• Proven track record of growing a product or portfolio with measurable results.
• Practical knowledge of how ag inputs reach the grower through ag retail, distribution, and partner channels.
• Strong financial and business-case skills in Excel, and the ability to build and deliver a persuasive recommendation in PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and launches without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in agronomy, agricultural business, business, or related science field.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Own product portfolio prioritization and valuation, aligning with strategy and ROI.
• Assess new product and market opportunities based on market size, growth potential, needs, and investment requirements.
• Lead market intelligence to identify trends and growth opportunities for portfolio and GTM strategies.
• Conduct product valuations and business-case analyses to support prioritization and investments.
• Develop multi-year portfolio strategies including lifecycle management, expansion, and enhancements.
• Coordinate complex partner structures and support Global Account Leaders in multi-year strategies.
• Define and influence go-to-market strategies and product positioning with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate competitive and technical assessments of products for portfolio fit.
• Lead portfolio presentations and recommendations to communicate value and opportunities.
• Act as SME on markets, applications, competitors, and agronomic practices.
• Recommend prioritization based on strategic fit and ROI.
