Qualifications

• Significant executive leadership experience in plant nutrients, fertilizer, agronomy, or related sector.
• Ability to lead multiple businesses, drive integration, and deliver growth.
• Strong strategic, financial, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute an integrated plant nutrient strategy across wholesale, specialty nutrients, and agronomy.
• Lead the commercial agenda: GTM strategy, sales effectiveness, offerings, and customer segmentation.
• Align sales, marketing, planning, and operations to enable profitable growth across the portfolio.
• Oversee risk management and capital planning in collaboration with operations.
• Build a high-performing leadership team and drive succession planning.
