Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from fully accredited four-year institution or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, strategic marketing, and sales with the chemical and ingredients industry.

• Establish and drive industry strategy and provide leadership to Product Portfolio Managers.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and act as liaison for vendor relations.
• Lead a team of product managers and product specialists.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Operations to refine processes and exceed expectations.
• Monitor product sales and profitability and ensure goal attainment.
