Imperial seeks an experienced Plant Manager to lead all operations at the Bourbon, MO facility. You will own the P&L, drive safety, quality, delivery, and profitability while building a high‑performing leadership team. Responsibility spans hat embroidery, apparel screen printing, and future growth initiatives.

You will lead SIOP input, optimize labor and equipment, and implement TPM and daily management systems to achieve strategic objectives and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; equivalent manufacturing leadership experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience managing plant-level financial performance and budgets.
• Experience leading a manufacturing operation with multiple processes, departments, or production technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead through change, scale operations, and drive performance improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse workforce.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing workloads, priorities, and business needs.
• Self-motivated and self-directed with a forward-thinking approach to plant operations.
• Strong computer skills; proficiency with production management and reporting systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead the plant's safety culture and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Promote owner-ship of quality and process discipline to meet specs and standards.
• Own the plant's P&L and deliver annual financial targets.
• Manage labor, overtime, scrap, inventory, and operating expenses.
• Lead manufacturing operations including hat embroidery and apparel screen printing.
• Participate in SIOP and translate plans into actionable plant strategies.
• Drive utilization of labor and equipment and monitor key performance metrics.
• Establish Daily Management Systems (DMS) for visibility and quick problem resolution.
• Implement Leader Standard Work, visual management, Gemba walks, 5S, and TPM as the reliability model.
• Lead or support new equipment, processes, and organizational changes for growth.
• Benchmark best practices and drive improvements across the plant network.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team with clear roles and accountability.
• Develop employee capability through training, coaching, and career development.
• Promote engagement and ownership across the organization during change.
