Imperial is seeking a dynamic Plant Manager to lead all operations at our Bourbon, MO facility. This role holds full P&L responsibility and drives safety, quality, delivery, cost, and continuous improvement.

You will build a high-performing leadership team, oversee hat embroidery and apparel screen printing operations, align with SIOP planning, and execute growth initiatives while sustaining excellence in safety and customer service.

Formación

• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience managing plant-level financial performance and budgets.
• Experience leading a manufacturing operation with multiple processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse workforce.
• Analytical and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing workloads.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the plant's safety culture and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Promote ownership of quality and process discipline to meet specifications.
• Own the plant's P&L and deliver annual financial targets.
• Manage labor, overtime, scrap, inventory, and operating expenses.
• Lead manufacturing operations including hat embroidery and apparel screen printing.
• Translate SIOP plans into actionable plant strategies.
• Drive labor and equipment utilization and monitor key metrics.
• Establish Daily Management Systems (DMS) for visibility and quick problem resolution.
• Utilize Leader Standard Work, visual management, 5S, and TPM.
• Lead or support new equipment and process implementations.
• Benchmark best practices and drive improvements.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team.
• Develop employee capability through training and career development.
• Promote engagement and lead through organizational change.
