You will partner with plant leadership to sustain internal controls, support strategic decisions, and act as a financial backup to the Plant Director, with a focus on cost efficiency and operational performance. This onsite role offers relocation consideration and growth opportunities within a

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or 12 years of equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related work experience in finance or 12 years with substitution.
• Experience supporting plant leadership, budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven influence with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic financial leadership for the manufacturing facility, including budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting and monthly close.
• Lead variance analysis and product costing activities.
• Develop and standardize cost standards and SOPs; partner with operations managers.
• Act as the financial backup to the Plant Director during absences and transitions.
• Communicate financial results and KPIs to Operations Leadership.
• Coordinate with Finance and Operations for BOM changes and cost implications.
• Improve internal controls and drive cost efficiency across the plant.
