DWYER INSTRUMENTS, LLC is seeking a Plant Controller to lead the financial integrity of the manufacturing facility. You will mentor a finance team, oversee monthly closes, and drive cost accounting improvements within a GAAP framework.

You will partner with operations and corporate finance to forecast and optimize cash flow, ensuring accurate reporting and strategic financial insights across the plant. 10–15+ years of accounting/finance experience is expected.

Qualificações

• 10–15+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience with hands-on cost accounting required.
• Public accounting experience a plus, though not required.
• Proven experience leading and developing a finance/accounting team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team.
• Serve as the plant's finance and accounting leader.
• Manage timely and accurate monthly closeprocess.
• Analyze business performance versus forecasts and report to leadership.
• Improve cash flow within accounts payable.
• Drive cost accounting and standard cost improvements.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP and internal controls.
• Oversee account reconciliations and balance sheet integrity.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and remediation of findings.
• Support annual budgeting and standard cost setting.
• Partner with operations to provide financial insights for decision-making.
