You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Engineering to provide financial guidance, ensure cost control, and maintain regulatory compliance in a regulated life sciences environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 5+ years in manufacturing accounting/finance.
• ERP experience including SAP and EPM.
• Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP).
• Strong communication with management at all levels.
• Knowledge of corporate accounting policies and procedures; SOX controls.

Responsabilités

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the site.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and product costing.
• Provide financial guidance to Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering.
• Monitor compliance with SOX and internal controls; support audits.
• Analyze ROI on capital expenditures and depreciation forecasts.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
