Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Planogram Specialist to partner with Category Leadership Managers and cross-functional teams to influence and execute merchandising solutions that grow the category. You will co-own planogram development, run planogram reporting, maintain databases, and apply shopper and retailer insights to optimize shelf construction and deployment across divisions.

The role requires 2+ years in space or category management, strong Excel skills, and experience with planogram tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in Space Management and/or Category Management; CPG/food industry experience required.
• Proficiency with Excel and ability to translate data into visuals and shelf stories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute planograms, including multiple versions and retailer-specific requirements.
• Validate planograms against retailer strategy and execution readiness.
• Provide analytics support and reporting using internal and external data.
• Collaborate with Shopper MX and cross-functional teams to optimize merchandising tools.
