Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Planogram Specialist to partner with Category Leadership and cross-functional teams to influence, build, validate, and execute merchandising solutions that drive category growth. You will co-own planogram development, reporting, database maintenance, and analytics, while advancing standardized processes and scalable tools across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Analytics, Space Management, Category Management, or a related manufacturer/retailer role; CPG and/or food industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Planogram Development & Execution: build multiple planogram versions, optimize product flow and include retailer-specific requirements.
• Assortment, Layout & Shelf Strategy Support: translate insights into shelf recommendations and test planograms.
• Reporting, Analytics & Decision Support: conduct ad hoc analytics and support business reviews using retailer data and internal reports.
• Tools, Data & Capability Enablement: develop planogram tools, templates, and training materials.
