Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Planogram Specialist to partner with Category Leadership and cross-functional teams to develop planograms, support assortment strategies, and deliver analytics that drive category growth.

The role emphasizes standardized processes, scalable tools, and effective storytelling to influence merchandising decisions across divisions. Travel to national meetings is required, with a focus on data-driven shelf optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Analytics, Space Management, Category Management, or a related manufacturer/retailer role; CP G and/or food industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Planogram Development & Execution: develop multiple versions of planograms and optimize product flow.
• Assortment, Layout & Shelf Strategy Support: translate insights into shelf recommendations.
• Reporting, Analytics & Decision Support: conduct ad hoc analytics and support reviews.
• Tools, Data & Capability Enablement: improve planogram tools and templates.
• Collaboration & Thought Leadership: share best practices and drive process improvements.
