Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Planogram Specialist to partner with Category Leadership Managers and cross-functional teams to influence, build, validate, and execute merchandising solutions that drive category growth. You will co-own planogram development, reporting, data maintenance, and analytics while advancing standardized processes and scalable tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in Sales, Analytics, Space Management, Category Management, or a related manufacturer/retailer role; CP G and/or food industry experience a plus, with demonstrated ability to influence merchandising recommendations through buyer-facing storytelling, cross-functional partnership, and category strategy application.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate planograms and ensure adherence to retailer strategies.
• Translate shopper and performance insights into informed shelf recommendations.
• Conduct ad hoc analytics and support business reviews with available data.
• Improve planogram tools, templates, and reporting for efficiency.
• Share insights and best practices across categories and partners.
