Nestlé USA is seeking a Planogram Specialist to drive planogram development and execution across assortments, optimizing product flow and retailer alignment. You will partner with Category Leadership and field teams to translate insights into actionable shelf strategies, while advancing standardized tools and reporting for faster, higher-quality merchandising decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Space Management and/or Category Management; CPG and/or food industry experience required; ability to influence merchandising through storytelling and cross-functional partnership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate planograms across assortment, retailer and schematics.
• Provide analytical support and reporting to measure shelf performance and strategy impact.
• Collaborate with Category Leadership, Space Planning and field partners to enable tools and best practices.
