Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Planogram Specialist to partner with Category Leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute merchandising plans. You will influence product flow, optimize shelf layouts, and support data-driven decision making across categories.

Responsibilities include planogram development, reporting, and analytics to improve speed, quality, and consistency across divisions. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in Sales, Analytics, Space Management, or Category Management with merchandising influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute planograms across multiple versions considering assortment and retailer requirements.
• Provide analytical support for planogram testing, heat mapping, and shelf construct analysis.
• Collaborate with Category Leadership, Field Sales, and internal partners to improve merchandising tools and data integrity.
• Lead and participate in onboarding and training for analysts and partners on planogram tools.
