Vistra Retail Operations seeks a data-driven Specialist I to manage customer acquisition and retention budgeting and transaction planning for the Residential line. You will model and analyze large data sets, delivering dashboards for leadership and aligning with marketing and finance teams to optimize go-to-market spend.

Expect to design robust forecasting, perform scenario analyses, and build business cases with NPV/ROI/CLV insights to support channel proposals and initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A, data science, revenue management or BI.
• Advanced data modeling, SQL/Snowflake, Python and visualization tools.
• Bachelor’s in finance/economics/business/data analytics; master’s preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead forecasting of marketing transactions and budgets with collaboration across teams.
• Build data models and simulations to forecast trends; incorporate into dashboards.
• Identify improvements and automate processes using advanced analytics tools.
• Forecast profitability of campaigns; perform sensitivity analyses.
• Prepare business cases including NPV, ROI, and CLV analyses.
• Create and present insights to optimize channel mix and spend.
