DPR Construction is seeking a Senior Planning & Scheduling leader in Santa Clara, CA. This role drives cross-functional performance by managing planning, scheduling, and risk across portfolios, partnering with executives to align with strategic goals and resource strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required or equivalent experience.
Master's degree preferred in engineering, construction management or related field.
PMP or PSP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversees the project planning and scheduling function to drive excellence.
Partners with executive teams to resolve complex scheduling challenges and allocate resources.
Leads portfolio data analysis to forecast risks and inform decisions.
Presents schedule status and critical path updates to senior leadership.
Establishes enterprise-wide planning standards and documentation requirements.
Oversees post-implementation reviews and lessons learned for improvement.
Supports schedule risk management activities across business units.
