Job summary

DPRConstruction is seeking a detail-oriented Project Scheduler to coordinate project timelines and allocate resources for efficient execution. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to align milestones with client expectations and organizational goals.

The candidate will analyze project data, identify risks, and support informed decision-making, documenting schedule constraints and communicating updates to the team and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains detailed project schedules informed by precedents, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and deadlines.
• Monitors progress against established timelines, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or resource constraints.
• Coordinates with internal and external partners to gather input, resolve standard and varied scheduling conflicts, and optimize resource utilization.
• Communicates schedule updates and changes to relevant stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
• Documents general schedule changes and maintains accurate records to support project tracking and reporting.
• Assists in integrating leading practices and lessons learned to improve future scheduling processes.
