Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Planning Analyst in the Project Controls group to independently manage cost and schedule tasks for moderate complexity projects. The role supports senior staff and clients through analysis, reporting, and execution of defined project controls deliverables.

Responsibilities include developing cost reports and schedules, tracking actuals, and assisting with accruals and reporting cycles while coordinating with project teams across design, construction and testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• Three or more years of related experience in cost or schedule management on capital projects.
• Experience in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with cost and schedule management software.
• Experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost reports or schedules.
• Track actuals, commitments, and forecast data.
• Assist with accruals and reporting cycles.
• Identify variances and support risk and trend analysis.
• Interface with project team members to gather inputs.
• Status, forecast, and analyze project schedules.
• Maintain organized project controls documentation.
