Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Planning Analyst in the Project Controls team in the United States. The role leads cost and schedule management for complex capital projects and acts as the technical lead while mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities include forecasting, risk assessments, earned value support, and scenario analysis, with a strong emphasis on client communication and collaboration across a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• 5+ years of capital project cost or schedule management experience on design, construction and testing phases.
• Direct experience in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Expertise using cost and schedule management software.
• Experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial or related field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead project-level cost or schedule management.
• Prepare forecasts, variance analysis, and risk assessments.
• Support earned value, change management, and scenario analysis.
• Serve as a key contributor in client meetings.
• Review work products prepared by junior staff.
• Support development of project controls plans and procedures.
