Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Controls Planner in its Project & Development Services team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining integrated project plans and schedules aligned with project goals, and working with project controls to support efficient delivery.

Responsibilities include preparing baseline schedules, analyzing the critical path, and providing regular progress reports. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 4+ years of planner/scheduler

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• 4+ years of related experience as a planner/scheduler.
• Expertise using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Construction industry experience preferred; life sciences background a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update integrated project plans and schedules.
• Interface with project stakeholders as a trusted advisor for guidance and recommendations.
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval.
• Assess impacts to critical path and near-critical activities; report to the project team.
• Monitor schedule deviations and develop corrective action methods.
• Provide schedule progress reports, trend charts, and analysis regularly.
• Maintain records of scope changes, trends and variances affecting schedule performance.
• Review schedules with the project team to ensure data accuracy.
