Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Planning Analyst for Project Controls within Project & Development Services. In this role you will support cost and schedule management for moderately complex projects and work with senior staff to deliver accurate reports and forecasts.

You will develop cost reports, track actuals and commitments, assist with accruals, identify variances, and maintain organized project controls documentation while communicating clearly with project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Three+ years of cost or schedule management SME experience on capital projects (design, construction, testing).
• Direct experience in a complex, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost reports or schedules.
• Track actuals, commitments, and forecast data.
• Assist with accruals and reporting cycles.
• Identify variances and support risk and trend analysis.
• Interface with project team members to gather inputs.
• Status, forecast, and analyze project schedules.
• Maintain organized project controls documentation.
